General Description:
The Steward is the on-the-job supervisor for Taylors. The Steward is responsible for the overall job performance of Taylors at the job site. The Steward is to maintain a safe, professional, quality, efficient, and profitable operation. He/she is responsible for Taylors’ employee's assets and submitting required paperwork on time.
General Duties:
The general duties of the Steward include cooking, controlling inventory, food and labor costs, ordering groceries, providing customer satisfaction, and managing personnel, which includes work scheduling, time sheet administration, and personnel evaluations. The Steward is to conduct safety meetings and make sure that Taylors’ employees are following all safety rules and procedures. The steward should set a good example by having a good, professional attitude.
Night Cook/Baker - Apply Now
NIGHT COOK/BAKER – This is a beginning position for cooks in the offshore catering industry. An employee usually serves as a Night Cook/Baker before becoming eligible to be a Steward/Head Cook.
The general duties include serving the midnight meal and breakfast, preparing baked goods like hot rolls and biscuits, washing pots and pans at times, and maintaining the galley.

UTILITY HAND – The utility hand is the person responsible for various job assignments from helping in the galley and dining areas to general housekeeping duties. Duties consist of assisting the cook with food and dining room preparations, assisting in serving meals, washing dishes or other work in the galley or kitchen, as well as work outside the kitchen. General housekeeping duties include making beds, cleaning latrines, cleaning and buffing floors and garbage disposal to name a few.

The general duties of the Int’l Senior Camp Manager include controlling inventory and food and labor costs, ordering groceries, providing customer satisfaction, and managing personnel, which includes training, work scheduling, time sheet administration, and personnel evaluations. They are to conduct safety meetings and make sure that all safety rules and procedures are being followed by Taylors’ employees. The Int’l Senior Camp Manager should set a good example by having a good, professional attitude.
