Fillets
½ C. Lemon juice
1 T. Salt
1 t. Pepper |
1 ½ C.
Salad oil
2 T. Onions, grated
1/8 t. Oregano
1 ½ C. Cornflake crumbs |
Combine
salad oil, lemon juice, onions and seasonings. Dip
fish in mixture and place on greased baking sheet. Sprinkle
pieces with cornflake crumbs until well coated. Bake
at 350 for 20 – 25 minutes.
