Serves 25
1 lb. Spaghetti
(cooked)
4 C. Water
4 T. Chicken base
1 t. Salt
3 T. Oregano
½ T. Thyme
2 med. Onions, diced
½ stalk Celery, diced |
1 lb. American
and swiss cheese, grated
1 can Parmesan cheese (8 oz.)
8 C. Evaporated milk
1 C. Sour cream
4 C. Diced ham
1 med. Bell pepper, diced
Roux |
Boil onions, bell pepper and celery
with spices and water until tender. Add cheeses and stir until
melted. Thicken with roux. Add milk, sour
cream and ham. Simmer 30 minutes. Add noodles
and stir well.
